The International Board of Standards

Welcome to the GAFM Global Academy of Finance & Management ™ Standards & Accreditation Council. Our Certification Body oversees credentialing standards and accredited education criteria for business programs leading to our prestigious certifications. The International Board of Standards awards designations and board certifications in finance, accounting, management, and consulting. The GAFM works in conjunction with the GAFM American Academy of Project Management.

Leading in Global Accreditation

GAFM  is the first U.S. Legal Studies Program to achieve ISO 29990, ISO 29993, and ISO 21001 Certification for education standards.  . We are a signatory to the Council of Higher Education Academic Standards and Principles and hold accreditations from organizations such as ELCBS, QAHE, IOAS, MACCA. The GAFM  International Board of Standards is also an official member of the Academic Council for the United Nations System, UN Civil Society, and the Credential Evaluation Association International.

Supporting Excellence in Education

For over two decades, the GAFM and IBS International Board of Standards has integrated U.S. Department of Education standards and the standards of: ABA  ACBSP, and AACSB accredited business schools as a path to certification. We were the first to champion Council of Higher Education QS  standards through exams, courses, and degrees as pathways to professional qualifications. Under US President's Executive Order 13932, GAFM and other high ranking certifications are recognized as equivalent to degrees or diplomas in areas relevant to government service and productivity.
